This page is for any adminship requests, please view the below requirements to see if you are eligible for this position. Though just know that the requirements are not set in stone requirements. They are just some tips to increase your chances of receiving the right.. Users may nominate themselves or another user. Start a level 3 header with the username and say why you think the user should be an admin. If you are nominating another user, the nominee must accept the nomination before the discussion begins. There will then be a week-long community vote where users may vote in Support, Oppose or Neutral. At the end of the week, a bureaucrat will then act according to consensus.

Sinjohnt[]

  • Self-nomination
  • I think that I should get this because I have played every Sims game and know them inside and out.
  • I also check my spelling and grammar after typing.
Personally, I feel that you are too inexpireienced at this time. It also seems you do not have rollback, which is a requirement for admin rights. I'll let DarthCookie or Guilherme Guerreiro decide this. Regards, GG (t)(c)(b) 15:53, January 9, 2011 (UTC)
Oppose. Way too inexperienced. You don't even meet the requirements. BobNewbie talkblog 18:44, January 9, 2011 (UTC)
Hmm, I'm oppose to this but it is going to be a open request for now. Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 18:04, January 11, 2011 (UTC)
Request denied. You still don't meet all requirements and considering that you've been inactive for a while, you still have much to learn, (a suggestion I have for you is requesting rollback first). Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 13:14, January 30, 2011 (UTC)
Besides, having rollback is a prerequisite for becoming an administrator. Please try again at a later time. Thank you.--DarthCookie Talk 21:03, February 8, 2011 (UTC)

  • Self-nomination for a very specific purpose

First off, I am completely aware that I do not even come close to admin requirements here. The only reason I am applying is to assist The Sims Medieval Wiki in merging into The Sims Wiki, since it takes an administrator to import and export pages from the wikis. That said, I would not be applying for this position if it did not seem likely that the two wikis would be merging very soon. I do not intend to serve in any other role other than as an exporter and to assist in moving and dissolving this wiki once everything has moved. -- LostInRiverview talk · blog 21:49, February 16, 2011 (UTC)

Request approved. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 21:32, February 18, 2011 (UTC)

Current Nominations/Requests[]

Please remember when the user is the one who requests it isn't needed to vote, because requests are bureaucrat decisions, nominations are community consensus, of course you can express your opinion but when it comes to requests they will not strongly affect the results. Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 23:30, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
