This side of the quest is for any non-monarch hero with the monarch as a supporting role.

Walkthrough
We begin, as any quest, wherever your hero is hanging out. They've been summoned to the monarch to discuss a rumor of a talking frog. They give you some "motivation" to find out what's what. Ask the townspeople what they think of it (anyone execpt the monarch counts as a townsperson, pretty much).
The townspeople tell you a widespun legend of a Queen named Frgo cursed into a frog. She can be found "amongst wooden giants with canopies of green and gold" and requires and ancient Tear to be found and a hat hidden amongst stalagmites. How's that for a shopping list?
Head to the Cave by the cemetary and Search Deep in the Cave for the Frogga Hat. The Ancient Frog's Tear can be found by going to the dock and boarding a ship to Search Deep in the Sea: Then don your awesome new hat (Which gives you a +10 focus buff called "wearing the Frogga Hat") and head for the forest to, you guessed it, Search Deep in the Forest.
The frog will take your extra inventory items away and leave you a bit puzzled. Head back to the monarch to find out what to do next. The monarch seems to have a rumble in her tummy for magical frogs legs. You're presented with an option. You can either kill the frog outright or warn the frog of it's impending doom. If you choose to kill the frog, head back into the forest to Hunt Frgo. You come out with an item in your nventory called Talking Frog (Magical): These frogs are creatures of legend, and stew up nicely. Head to a cooking fire and make the recepie "Talking Frog's legs (magical)" Lastly, give the food to the monarch.
