Spells are magical abilities which can be memorized and cast by the wizard. There are twelve spells dependent on the level of the wizard, and an unknown amount that aren't.

Basic spellsEdit

All basic spells can be cast at level 1.

Growth Growth

The bounty of Nature's harvest shall be renewed, and the depleted Earth shall once more give up its riches.

Replenishes all harvestables within a certain radius.

The intangible soul shall be brought forth and condensed, leaving naught but a soulless husk in its wake.

Gives "Soulless" (Focus -10 for 24 hrs) buff to target and gives the Wizard a Soul Fragment.

Magic Arrow Magic Arrow

The hunted shall be pierced with shafts of light and energy.

Gives target Minor Magic Wound buff (-10 focus for 12 hrs), which can be further increased by casting it over and over again.

The Evil Eye shall cast its scornful gaze upon the hapless, and all endeavors shall be made futile.

Gives Hexed buff (-15 focus for 5 hrs).

A cheerful burst of light shall warm the hearts of all onlookers.

Gives the caster and the nearby sims the Dazzled buff (+15 focus for 5 hrs). This spell is always available, but it doesn't appear in the "Study Spell" list. The runic combination can be guessed or is taught during the Ye Olde Magic Show quest.

Order spellsEdit

All order spells can be cast from level 5 onwards, when the Order rune becomes available.

Mend Mend

Afflictions of the flesh shall be cast out; the body restored and wounds healed.

Removes most physical wound debuffs and heals sicknesses.

Nearby sims will sway to the tune for a couple of hours.

Makes friends (+25 focus for 5 hrs).

Gives Terrified buff (-25 focus for 12 hrs).

Afflicts target with a disease (-40 focus for 12 hrs).

Afflicts target with debuff (-15 focus for 2 hrs).

Chaos spellsEdit

All chaos spells can be cast from level 10, when the Chaos rune becomes available.

Be at ease, for the cares of the day shall be washed away.

Gives the target a +40 buff for 24 hours once a day and relieves target of current responsibilities. Can only be used once per 24 hours.

Inferno Inferno

The fires of chaos shall erupt in a conflagration of searing flame and destruction.

Gives the targeted sim a debuff which is stronger than Major Magic Wound. Inferno's effect is similar to Magic Arrow (-40 focus for 12 hours).

Sleep Sleep

Darkness shall enfold the wakeful mind as the Sands of Slumber gently fall.

Makes target fall asleep (+15 focus for 5 hrs).

The vastness of Space shall be rendered moot; all movement made trivial.

Teleports Wizard to selected location, draining a significant amount of energy in the process.

Quest spellsEdit

Quest spells are only available during their respective quests. They will be automatically removed from the wizard's spell list at the end of the quest.

The body will be hastened; force and swiftness of action will be enhanced.

Only available during the Advorton annexation quest Tournament of Honor. Helps the Champion to win a duel.

Only available during the Advorton annexation quest Tournament of Honor. Helps the Champion to win a game of Kingball.

Inferno Forest Fire

Grasses will smolder, bushes will ignite, and trees will be burnt to cinders. No living thing will remain.

Only available during the Burdley annexation quest Squirrel Infestation.

Only available during the Burdley annexation quest Squirrel Infestation. Uses the same description as Mend, but has a different rune configuration.

Only available during the quest Ye Olde Magic Show. Identical to the Ghostly Music spell, but with a different configuration for the quest in case the wizard is below level 5.
