The holy city for Jacobans worldwide, Yacothia is an insular region known for its wealth and culture. While the territory enjoys a large number of artistic benefactors, their borders are well protected by the Jacob’s Sword – the famed Jacoban paladins.
The city-state of Yacothia is the holy city of Jacobans, as it's the birthplace of Jacob and the home of the Proxy. Yacothia is a theocracy, run by a High Priest or Priestess. It's military consists of a famous order of Jacoban paladins known as Jacob's Sword.
Yacothia appears on the map when the kingdom reaches 60 Renown. It requires 10 Resource Points to ally with.

Annexing[]
If Yacothia is allied with, the Proxy dies of sickness, plunging the region into chaos while Jacobans await the election of a replacement. The kingdom can use this opportunity to try to annex the region by completing the Death of the Proxy quest.

When annexed, Yacothia's wealth will help boost the daily incomes of all heroes by +25%.

- Yacothia seems to be inspired on real theocratic states like Vatican City or the medieval Papal States.
- The helmet design of the Jacob's Sword holy order is similar to the Saxon "Sutton Hoo" helmet.
- Although generally Jacoban priests wore a wide range of purple colors, Yacothian flag and its ambassador use blue.
