The Hammer of the Mechanical Arts is a hammer obtained during the Seven Mechanical Arts, a blacksmith-only quest. The choice between making the hammer and a seal is the final choice of the quest; picking the seal grants a Legendary Trait, the Hammer grants the hammer, and nothing else.
Ingredients- all 7 Badges and 3 Mithral
